Refund Policy

1. Return and Refund Rights

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

2. Cancellation Period

The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement.

You may use the model cancellation form provided, but it is not obligatory.

4. Return of Products

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

5. Refund Process

We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

14 days after the day we receive back from you the goods supplied, or
14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
If there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel

6. Deductions from Refunds

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will return the rest of the reimbursement as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
Goods which are sealed and not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
Goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items

8. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

9. Processing Time

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days.
